While Sanford International Airport with an airport code of SFB, is a public commercial service airport in Sanford, Florida just near Orlando. It is located about 15 miles north of the downtown area. SFB is a bit farther from the major attractions in Orlando. However, you do not have to worry because there are available affordable airport shuttle services that will bring you to downtown Orlando with comfort. There are also airport van services that will take you to your hotels. If you want to rent a car, there are car rental companies near the airport. If you are planning to take a taxi to your desired destination, you can easily get one, as there are taxis available in the airport. The Yellow Cab Company is the official taxi located in the airport. In addition, SFB serves 46 low priced airline flights such as Allegiant Air.

Off peak season includes the week after the end of the school year, late August, early September, early February, and early part of May.
